It didn’t start with a grand plan—just muddy boots, a basket of herbs, a crochet hook, and a calling to live a little differently. I’m Amanda: mama to eight, lover of slow mornings and fast-growing ducklings, and the heart behind Wellspring & Wild. What began as a desire to live more intentionally—growing food, making medicine, and creating with purpose—has grown into a space to share that life with others.

Wellspring & Wild is rooted in a deep love for the land, faith, and the art of doing things by hand. As a homeschooling mom and lifelong learner, my days are filled with wrangling kids, ducks, and rabbits; foraging for herbs; preserving garden harvests; and dreaming up new crochet projects. There’s a bit of chaos, a bit of mud, and a whole lot of grace and love.

This space is where I share the fruits of our homestead—handcrafted crochet goods, herbal remedies made with care, and seasonal offerings from the garden, field, and kitchen.
